Will not disappoint, August 23, 2010 By Topik "topik" (Topeka, KS) - See all my reviews This review is from: Abdominal Exerciser (Misc.) Great piece for abdominal exercise, also designed for push ups and for dips. Came in 3 separate boxes. Timely delivery from e-sportsonline, took 5 working days. Shipping costs and taxes ~ 149$ in addition to promotional 230$ it is advertised for.
Took about 1.5 hours to put together - would have been probably quicker if it came with any instructions (may need to check with seller if instruction sheet will be included). Will definitely need some home tools to help tighten everything up (I used 18" socket). Once built, metal frame looks very solid and seems will last for ages.
Pads are fairly soft and comfortable. Can not say that the angled back pad eliminates all the stress to the lower back but once used to this type of abdominal exercise it will not be a huge problem. The item would not shake on the wooden floor, maybe only when jumping off once done, but not during the work out. I am relatively tall - 6 foot and 3 inches - and the dimensions of the item (40"...
